Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Academic Counsellor role based in Gurugram. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and advising students on academic paths, facilitating career counseling sessions, and supporting students in achieving their educational and professional goals. The role will also involve assisting students in navigating their coursework and addressing their academic concerns while fostering a supportive and motivating environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with students
- Experience with Academic Advising and understanding of educational pathways
- A background in Education or related fields
- Empathy, problem-solving skills, and a passion for guiding students towards success
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Prior experience in academic counseling or the education industry is a plus
