Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor at Kidzee, located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for assessing the educational needs of students, providing guidance on academic and career decisions, and supporting families in understanding their children’s development needs. Additionally, the individual will facilitate student enrollment processes, maintain records, and act as a liaison between parents and the school for effective communication.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with parents.
- Experience in Academic Advising and guiding students through educational decisions is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Should be comfortable to speak in English and Telugu.
- Ability to foster a positive environment and build trust with students and families
- Prior experience in academic counseling or a similar role is a plus
