About Company : We are looking for a motivated Academic Sales Counsellor who will guide prospective students about our courses & convert inquiries into enrollments. Candidate should have good communication skills & ability to understand needs and recommend suitable programs.
Responsibilities :
- Handle education sales inquiries & negotiate course fees or payment plans with prospective students.
- Preferred experience in EdTech companies or (UpGrad) training institutes.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, & messages.
- Provide detail information about Courses, Fees & Admission process.
- Achieve monthly sales& admission targets.
- Counsel students regarding career opportunities & course benefits.
Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree in any field.
- 2 to 5 Yrs experience in education counselling/academic sales/ EdTech.
- Excellent communication & convincing skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines & targets.
- Basic knowledge about MS EXCEL.
