Role Description
This full-time, on-site Academic Counsellor role is based in Noida and involves providing guidance and support to students in achieving their educational and career objectives. Key responsibilities include advising prospective students on academic programs, assisting with career planning, addressing academic needs, and ensuring positive learner experiences. The role requires effective communication with students to understand their goals and offer tailored advice and solutions.
Qualifications
- Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to support individuals in meeting their academic and professional goals
- Strong Communication abilities for clear interaction with students, parents, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Academic Advising and Education to provide informed and accurate guidance on courses and career pathways
- Empathy and active listening skills to understand student needs
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple students and tasks effectively
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
- Prior experience in academic counseling or a related role is an advantage
- Familiarity with distance and online education systems is a plus
