Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Academic Counsellor role located in Bengaluru South. The Academic Counsellor will assist prospective and current learners in making informed decisions about their career and upskilling opportunities. Responsibilities include offering guidance in academic and professional development, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, and supporting students in course selection. Additional tasks involve maintaining records, addressing learners' queries, and ensuring a positive enrollment experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide learners effectively
• Strong Communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and resolve queries
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education to provide comprehensive learning solutions
• Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude toward addressing students' needs
• Relevant experience in the education or training industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
