Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor at our office in Saket, Delhi. The Academic Counsellor will guide prospective and current students through the enrollment process, provide academic and career counseling, and support students in choosing suitable courses to achieve their professional goals. The role involves maintaining strong communication channels with students, understanding their educational needs, and providing insights into DICE Academy’s offerings. The Academic Counsellor will also collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to ensure a smooth academic journey for students.
Qualifications
- 1 year Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong Communication and Listening skills
- Proficiency in Academic Advising and understanding educational pathways
- Familiarity with the education sector and an ability to guide students toward relevant opportunities
- Empathetic and approachable personality with strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in academic advising or education counseling is a plus
