Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor located nearby Sage University, Indore. The Academic Counsellor will manage and coordinate curriculum development initiatives, provide academic advising to students, and collaborate with educators to design educational programs that meet student needs. The role also involves conducting research to enhance academic offerings and ensuring clear and effective communication across departments and with students.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Education and Curriculum Development to design and implement effective learning programs
- Proven ability in Academic Advising and guiding students through their academic journey
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with team members, educators, and students
- Experience in conducting Research to support the development of innovative and effective academic strategies
- Ability to work on-site at SAGE University, Indore or Bhopal, with a team-oriented approach
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Academic Planning, or a related field
- Experience in higher education or student counseling is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Basic knowledge of university management processes and academic operations
