Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor at our Gurgaon office. The Academic Counsellor will assist prospective students by understanding their educational aspirations and providing appropriate guidance on college selection and application processes. Responsibilities include counseling students, answering inquiries, providing tailored recommendations for educational programs, and maintaining communication with students throughout their admission journey. The individual will also contribute to enhancing CollegeDekho's student guidance ecosystem by gathering feedback and improving services offered.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in counseling and guiding students about educational pathways
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage and organize student applications and maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in understanding admission processes and educational institutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, or similar platforms is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide personalized guidance to students
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; relevant experience is a plus
- A positive attitude, with strong organizational and time-management abilities
