ALLEN Career Institute is looking for passionate and result-driven Academic Counsellors to join our growing team across Hyderabad locations.
πΌ Role: Academic Counsellor (Full-Time, On-site)
π Location: Hyderabad
π Working Days: 6 Days (including weekends)
π― Key Responsibilities
- Guide students on academic programs and career pathways
- Conduct counselling sessions and student evaluations
- Assist in course selection aligned with student goals
- Collaborate with faculty to ensure student success
- Maintain student progress records and provide regular feedback to parents

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year experience in the Education Industry (mandatory)
- Strong skills in student & career counselling
- Excellent communication in Telugu, Hindi & English
- Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure
- Passion for counselling and commitment towards long-term growth
- Immediate joiners preferred
