Role Overview
We are hiring Academic Counsellors to drive student admissions for Lytmus AI
You will guide students and parents in making the right academic decisions and help them choose the right program based on their goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Connect with student/parent leads
2. Understand student goals and categorise the lead into the right bucket.
3. Give the right experience of Lytmus AI app, then counsel and recommend the right Lytmus AI program for the student.
4. Drive end-to-end admission closure
5. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
6. Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to community team post admission
