Role: Consultative Sales Associate
CTC- up to 7.2 LPA

About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused sales professionals with a consultative approach to engagement and conversion. The role involves interacting with healthcare professionals and practice owners, understanding their business challenges and growth goals, and recommending suitable professional development and business growth solutions.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling premium customer conversations, building trust-based relationships, and driving conversions through meaningful consultations and consistent follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective customers through cold calls, WhatsApp, webinars, video consultations, and virtual meetings to understand their business needs and aspirations.
- Build strong consultative conversations by identifying customer pain points and recommending appropriate solutions and programs.
- Manage the complete lead lifecycle including lead qualification, follow-ups, counselling sessions, demos, opportunity management, and enrollments.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets through effective lead nurturing and relationship management.
- Use storytelling, case studies, and customer success examples to enhance engagement and improve conversion quality.
- Maintain accurate CRM records including lead stages, call notes, follow-up timelines, and opportunity updates.
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams by sharing customer feedback, lead quality insights, and campaign observations.
- Track and improve key sales performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, customer engagement, revenue contribution, and follow-up effectiveness.
- Participate in regular sales reviews, training programs, and team meetings to improve communication, objection handling, and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 1–5 years of experience in consultative sales, inside sales, relationship management, academic counselling, healthcare sales, or premium B2C sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of customer psychology and decision-making behavior.
- Ability to handle professional and premium customer interactions confidently.
- High ownership mindset with strong execution and follow-up discipline.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management systems, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
- Prior experience in EdTech, executive education, healthcare, or professional services sales will be an added advantage.
