Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Study Abroad Consultant. The primary responsibilities include providing personalized guidance to students for selecting suitable academic courses and institutions, assisting with application processes, and preparing them for interviews. The role also involves conducting research on educational programs and supporting students in financial planning such as accessing loans and scholarships for their study abroad journeys. Collaboration with the internal team and addressing client queries in a timely and professional manner will be essential to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in education consulting, admissions counseling, and study-abroad guidance
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate academic programs and global education opportunities
- Exceptional communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills for effective student and parent engagement
- Experience with client handling, building student profiles, and preparing students for admissions interviews
- Familiarity with financial planning, including scholarships, loans, and cost optimization strategies for overseas education
- Proficiency in using AI-based tools and staying updated with technological innovations in the EdTech space is a plus
- Led end to end Operations for students
- Previous experience in the study-abroad or EdTech industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field
- CTC upto 6 Lpa
- Work experiece 1+ Years
