Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Academic Counselor fluent in Malayalam to join our team in Gurugram. In this on-site role, the Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding students and parents through the admissions process, providing expert counseling on educational programs, and supporting students in achieving their academic goals. Responsibilities also include conducting assessments, addressing queries, and maintaining student records while collaborating with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Malayalam, both written and verbal, along with excellent communication skills in English
- Strong counseling skills, including the ability to guide and advise students and parents effectively
- Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and handling administrative tasks
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM tools for managing student information
- Empathetic, approachable, and highly professional demeanor
- A bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in academic counseling or education consultancy will be an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
