We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Academic Counsellor to join our team.
📍 Location: Gurgaon
💼 Position: Academic Counsellor
🎯 Experience: Minimum 1 Year Mandatory
💰 Package: ₹8 – ₹12 LPA
🏢 Industry: Education / EdTech
📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Counsel prospective students and understand their academic & career goals
• Explain programs, benefits, fee structure and career opportunities
• Handle leads, follow-ups and the complete counselling process
• Conduct consultations and product/program demonstrations
• Handle objections and convert qualified leads into admissions
• Achieve weekly and monthly admission/sales targets
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline through CRM
• Build strong relationships with students and parents/prospects
🔹 Eligibility
✅ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory
✅ Prior experience in Academic Counselling / Inside Sales / B2C Sales preferred
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong convincing, negotiation and objection-handling abilities
✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
💰 CTC: ₹8 LPA – ₹12 LPA
