Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for an Academic Counsellor. The Academic Counsellor will assist students in identifying their academic and career goals, provide guidance on educational programs, and support their college application processes. Responsibilities include offering personalized counseling, addressing student queries, and cultivating relationships with students and parents to help them make informed decisions about higher education opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Student Counseling, Academic Advising, and Career Counseling
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with students and their families
- Knowledge in the field of Education and the higher education system
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a student-centric approach
- Experience in educational or career counseling is a major advantage.
