Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Academic & Corporate Trainer based in Jaipur. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training modules to enhance students’ academic knowledge, professional development, and soft skills. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, mentoring students on career and personality development, developing course content, collaborating with faculty to align training with academic goals, and staying updated with the latest training methodologies and industry trends to ensure impactful training sessions.

Qualifications
- Expertise in delivering impactful training in soft skills, communication, and leadership development
- Proficiency in designing and executing academic support modules and corporate training programs
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess individual and group training needs and adapt materials accordingly
- Experience in curriculum development or instructional design is preferred
- Excellent organizational, mentoring, and facilitation abilities
- Relevant professional qualifications in education, training, or related fields
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Education, Management, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field
