Job Description: Sales Executive (Telugu Language Support)

About the RoleWe are seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive (telugu) to support business growth by engaging with prospective customers and converting leads into successful enrollments or sales. The role requires handling customer interactions, explaining products or services, and ensuring a smooth sales journey.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
- Engage with prospective customers and explain products or services clearly
- Convert leads into enrollments or sales
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain relationships
- Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems regularly
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales performance and conversion rates
Requirements- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in Telugu (spoken and written) for customer interaction
- Basic understanding of sales processes
- Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced work environment
- 0–3 years of experience in sales or customer support
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in EdTech, inside sales, or telecalling
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
