Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students regarding academic programs, career
options, and educational opportunities.
• Assist students in identifying their strengths, interests, and goals to develop personalised
education plans.
• Guide students and their families through the application process for online /offline universities
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the education sector, including new
courses, scholarship opportunities, and admission requirements.
• Conduct workshops and seminars to educate students and parents about various educational
pathways and career prospects.
• Collaborate with educational institutions to arrange campus visits, informational sessions, and
networking opportunities for students.
• Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student progress.
• Develop and distribute informative materials such as brochures, newsletters, and online content.
Requirements:
• Any UG-PG Degree
• Proven experience in educational counselling or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Strong ability to empathise with students and understand their individual needs.
Familiarity with educational systems and admission processes in India
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for virtual counselling sessions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
