Work Profile:
- The person would be responsible to manage the academic delivery of the programs.
- Managing the student's login access, study material, communication.
- Interacting with the faculties, scheduling the sessions, and managing the same.
- Follow up with the students on fee instalment collection.
- Answering the student's queries and assisting them with the solutions.
- Updating the course content on the LMS, following up closely with the faculties on providing the content.
Key Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be a motivated, team player with the right attitude.
- Prior experience of 4+ years in academic management or student operations would be preferred.
- Graduation in any stream.
