We Are Hiring | Academic Coordinators | Little Millennium
At Little Millennium, we are expanding our Academic Excellence leadership team across key markets in India and are looking for passionate and driven Academic Coordinators to join us.
The role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality early childhood education delivery across our network of partner centres.
Key Responsibilities: ✔ Drive effective curriculum implementation
✔ Conduct academic audits and quality reviews
✔ Mentor and guide Centre Leadership teams
✔ Build capability through structured teacher and CLO trainings
✔ Ensure alignment with organizational standards and benchmarks
✔ Strengthen overall centre performance and learning outcomes
Who are we looking for? 🔹 4+ years of relevant experience in Early Childhood Education
🔹 Strong communication skills and command over English
🔹 Strong curriculum understanding and academic expertise
🔹 Understanding of the preschool ecosystem
🔹 Exposure to preschool franchising will be an added advantage
🔹 Willingness to travel up to 15 days/month
