Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Academic Counsellor to guide students through their academic journey, assist in course selection, and drive admissions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, counselling prospective learners, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities- Counsel prospective students regarding academic programs and career pathways
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into enrollments
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing students
- Manage the end-to-end admission process
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and student support
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions
- Achieve assigned targets and contribute to team goals
Required Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in academic counselling, admissions, or EdTech sales is preferred
- Ability to understand student needs and provide tailored guidance
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications- Prior experience working with educational institutions or training organizations
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
Work Details- Location: Gurgaon (On-site)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
