Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Academic Coordinator role based in Mumbai. The Academic Coordinator will design and develop educational curriculums, provide academic advising for students, and collaborate with teaching staff to ensure academic excellence. Responsibilities include conducting thorough research to support curriculum development, overseeing educational program execution, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The role demands strong communication and organizational skills and a proactive approach to improving academic programs and resources.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Education and Curriculum Development to design effective academic programs and learning materials.
- Strong skills in Academic Advising and Communication to guide students and collaborate with educators effectively.
- Experience in conducting Research to inform and enhance academic curricula and educational methods.
- Keen attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple academic activities and maintain high standards.
- Experience in educational or healthcare sectors is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
