Role Description The Academic Coordinator at AetherMind will support the design, coordination, and implementation of innovative learning programs and academic pathways. In this full-time on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, the Academic Coordinator will organize schedules, manage learner and educator communication, and ensure smooth academic operations across hybrid and collaborative projects. The role involves assisting with curriculum planning, gathering and synthesizing feedback from learners and partners, and maintaining accurate academic records. The Academic Coordinator will work closely with academic leads and external collaborators, contribute to research on emerging educational models, and help translate insights into structured learning experiences. This position requires proactive coordination, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to learner-centered education.
Qualifications
- Background in Education with experience supporting academic programs or learning environments.
- Curriculum Development skills to assist in planning, organizing, and refining learning pathways and course structures.
- Strong Communication abilities to interact effectively with learners, educators, and institutional partners.
- Academic Advising skills to guide learners through program requirements, progression, and individualized learning plans.
- Research skills to collect, analyze, and summarize educational data and insights for program improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
- Experience working in academic institutions or learning organizations, preferably in coordination or program support roles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain accurate documentation, and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in the future of education, hybrid learning models, and technology-enabled learning ecosystems.
