About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual who will be responsible for building and managing relationships with schools and colleges to facilitate financial literacy sessions. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and on-ground execution skills to ensure successful scheduling and delivery of sessions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and connect with schools, colleges, and educational institutions for conducting financial literacy programs
- Establish and maintain relationships with principals, administrators, and academic coordinators
- Pitch and communicate the value of financial literacy initiatives to institutional stakeholders
- Schedule and coordinate sessions in alignment with institutional calendars and internal trainers
- Manage end-to-end logistics for sessions, including confirmations, follow-ups, and documentation
- Maintain a database of institutions, contacts, and engagement status
- Track and report outreach activities, conversions, and session outcomes
Key Skills & Competencies- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with academic institutions
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic reporting
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions
Eligibility Criteria- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Marketing, Education, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in outreach, sales, academic coordination, or institutional partnerships (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
- Prior experience in the education sector is an added advantage
- Educators who are on career break or sabbatical are encouraged to apply
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Number of institutions onboarded
- Number of sessions scheduled and conducted
- Conversion rate from outreach to confirmed sessions
- Relationship quality and repeat engagements
Compensation- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
