About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic MBA Freshers to join our Academic and Corporate
Excellence Team. This is a unique opportunity for candidates who are passionate about education,
content development, project coordination, and school operations.
Among the 4 vacancies, one position is specifically intended for candidates with knowledge or
specialization in Financial Markets (FM. Candidates from other MBA specializations are also
encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging educational content, including textbooks, workbooks, teacher manuals, and
- learning resources.
- Design lesson plans, assessments, presentations, and other teaching-learning materials.
- Support curriculum enhancement and academic innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate with subject experts to create high-quality educational resources.
Teaching (Financial Markets Position)
- Teach Financial Markets to students of Grades IX and X.
- Plan and deliver interactive classroom sessions.
- Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with current developments in finance and financial literacy.
Corporate Programs & School Operations
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of external educational programs across school
- branches.
- Ensure timely execution of new academic initiatives and projects.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with branch teams to ensure compliance with implementation
- plans.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and track project progress.
- Coordinate with academic leaders, school principals, and external partners for smooth
- program execution.
Eligibility
- MBA (Freshers) from a recognized institution.
- Candidates from any specialization are welcome to apply.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a specialization or strong understanding of
- Financial Markets for one dedicated position.
