Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for an Academic Consultant. The Academic Consultant will guide students by understanding their educational and career aspirations and providing recommendations for suitable programs and institutions. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, collaborating with internal teams for tailored solutions, and maintaining client relationships. The consultant will also act as a liaison between students and educational entities, ensuring a seamless advisory experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Experience in Education and Consulting to guide students in making informed academic decisions.
- Coaching experience and ability to mentor students toward achieving their academic and career goals.
- Sales skills to successfully promote services and meet related objectives.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making to address student needs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education, Counseling, or related fields is preferred.
- Prior experience in academic consultancy or a similar customer-facing role is advantageous.
