Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Academic Consultant, based in Bengaluru with flexibility for partial remote work. The Academic Consultant will focus on engaging educators, institutions, and key stakeholders to provide guidance on curriculum improvement and implementation strategies. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, offering coaching on educational content and tools, and supporting sales teams with academic expertise to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with educators and clients
- Knowledge and experience in Education, including curriculum planning and pedagogy
- Skills in Consulting and Coaching to advise on academic product implementation
- Sales acumen and the ability to build strong relationships with institutional partners
- Ability to work in both remote and in-office environments
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Education, or related field; professional teaching experience is a plus
- Proficiency in using digital tools and willingness to adopt technology in educational practices
