Role Description
As an Academic Coach at Bryt Schools, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students and educators within our Intelligent Learning Spaces. Your responsibilities will include guiding students in academic achievement, providing coaching for optimal learning strategies, and collaborating with teachers to support educational outcomes. You will also facilitate the integration of skill-based learning and assist in refining teaching methodologies. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chinthamani Madurai.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Academic Coaching and Coaching to support and guide students effectively.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with students, teachers, and stakeholders seamlessly.
- Background in Education and a solid understanding of teaching methodologies and practices.
- Proficiency in Mathematics to support subject-specific academic growth.
- Passion for education and ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Adaptability to work within an innovative, technology-driven learning environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
