Role Description
The Academic Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include conducting research, analyzing educational materials, assisting in developing academic content, and supporting learners in their preparation for the UPSC Civil Services Examination. The role also involves fostering effective communication with students and team members to ensure a cohesive learning environment and tracking educational trends for continual content improvement.
Qualifications
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to actively engage with team members and learners.
- Analytical and Research skills to develop well-structured academic materials and assess learner needs.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a passion for mentoring UPSC aspirants.
- Experience of at least 2 UPSC CSE Mains Examination and 1 personality test of UPSC CSE.
