Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an EdTech Business Development Associate (BDA). The BDA will focus on identifying sales opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth in the EdTech sector. Core responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, delivering sales pitches, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel, and closing deals. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and contributing to the development of effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong salesmanship and client relationship management expertise, including lead identification, nurturing, and closing
- Familiarity with the EdTech industry and a proven ability to understand market trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling sales pitches
- Proficiency in conducting research and using sales tools and CRM software

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
