Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Academic Advisor (Post Sales) located in Bengaluru. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for counselling students and providing academic guidance to help them achieve their educational and career goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include offering personalized academic advising, assisting with career planning, responding to inquiries in English and Hindi, following up with students post-sales for continuous support, and maintaining detailed records of student progress and communications. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and satisfaction is also part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Student Counselling and Career Counselling to guide individuals in navigating academic and professional paths.
- Proficiency in Academic Advising and Education to offer tailored, insightful recommendations based on students’ goals and needs.
- Excellent Communication skills, both in English and Hindi, to engage effectively and empathetically with diverse student populations.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with students through proactive and consistent follow-up.
- Experience in the education or training industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
