Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor based in Bengaluru. The Academic Advisor will assist students by providing educational guidance, career counseling, and addressing their academic needs. Key responsibilities include guiding students in selecting appropriate courses, offering support in career planning, and providing information about academic opportunities. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with students to ensure their academic success and overall satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Student Counseling, Academic Advising, and Career Counseling
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills
• Background in Education or related fields
• Ability to build trust and rapport with students
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field (preferred)
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; relevant internship or training experience is advantageous
