Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Academic Advisor in Bengaluru and Noida. The Academic Advisor will engage with students to provide guidance on academic planning, course selection, and career pathways.
Eligibility Experience:- 1 - 6 years
Education:- Graduation (mandatory)
Work mode :- on-site
Location: Bangalore/ Noida
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to build positive student relationships
- Experience in Academic Advising and providing tailored education plans
- Understanding of educational systems and programs
- Problem-solving skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Experience in a similar role or working within an educational institution is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and faculty members
