About the Role
Rajus Aviation & Logistics Academy is looking for a passionate and results-driven Academic Counsellor to guide aspiring students in choosing the right aviation and logistics career path. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong counselling abilities and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding aviation and logistics courses.
- Understand students' educational background and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, seminars, and events.
- Explain course curriculum, eligibility, fee structure, scholarships, and placement opportunities.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain student records and update lead status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrolment targets.
- Conduct campus visits, education fairs, seminars and awareness programs when required.
- Ensure a smooth admission process and provide excellent student support.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Hindi communication will be an added advantage.
- Strong counselling, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve admission targets.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Admissions, Education Sales or Student Counselling.
