Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Academic Advisor to join our team at our Gurugram campus. The Academic Advisor will provide guidance and support to students throughout their academic journey, assisting with course selection, academic planning, and career development. The role will involve advising students on education and career paths, conducting regular check-ins to track progress, and fostering a positive student experience. The Academic Advisor will work closely with faculty and administrative staff to ensure students achieve their academic and professional goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong skills in Academic Advising and Education-related practices
- Exceptional Communication skills for effectively engaging with students, parents, and faculty
- Ability to provide personalized guidance and foster student success
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with educational programs in technology fields is an advantage
- Experience working with diverse student populations is a plus
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
