Academic Counselor (BDA) Opportunity at Academic Institution
About the Role:
We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Academic Counselors (BDA) at our Mylapore, Chennai office. You'll be part of a collaborative team working on college admissions and online course admissions, guiding students in planning their future.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Call and convert leads to achieve assigned sales targets
- Ensure all leads are dialled with none left unattended
- Generate at least one positive conversion per day
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience
Qualification: Any Degree
Skills Required: Convincing ability and English communication
Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 based on performance
Timings: 9:40 AM – 6:30 PM
Location: AshokNagar Nagar
Selection Process: Based on convincing power and communication skills
