Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Advisor located in Nashik. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for guiding and supporting students in their academic and career decisions. Daily tasks include providing academic advising, conducting career counseling sessions, communicating effectively with students and parents, and addressing individual student needs. The role involves understanding the educational goals of students and ensuring their alignment with academic offerings to support student success and growth.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Academic Advising and Student Counseling
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Career Counseling and guidance
- Knowledge of educational systems and best practices in Education
- Proven ability to build trust and maintain relationships with students, parents, and educators
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
- Prior experience in an academic advising or student support role is preferred
- A commitment to working on-site and fostering a supportive learning environment in Nashik
