💼 About the Role
HilaSri Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven Academic Counselor who can guide students in making informed educational and career decisions. This role requires someone who can communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and convert interest into enrollments.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students via calls, meetings, and counseling sessions
- Understand student profiles, career goals, and academic background
- Explain courses, programs, and career pathways in a clear and compelling way
- Guide students through the complete enrollment process
- Achieve monthly targets (minimum 5 enrollments)
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
- Build long-term relationships to enhance student experience
✅ Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and guide decision-making
- Basic understanding of courses/education industry (training provided)
- Target-driven mindset with self-motivation
- Prior experience in counseling or sales is an advantage
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month
- Incentives: Applicable from 6th enrollment onwards

🕒 Work Schedule
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
