Job Summary:
You will interact with student leads, understand their goals, and guide them to the right program. Your focus is to convert leads into enrollments and support students through the admission process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with student leads
- Understand student needs, career goals, and preferences
- Explain courses, features, and career outcomes clearly
- Guide students in choosing the right program
- Convert leads into enrollments
- Achieve monthly target of 5 enrollments
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM
- Handle objections and close admissions effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and conversions
- Build strong relationships with students
- Ensure timely response to all student queries
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication skills in English and regional language (Telugu Mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of sales or counseling
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Working Hours:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days:
- Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
