Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Advisor located in Noida . The Academic Advisor will engage with students to provide academic and career counseling, guide them in selecting suitable courses, and help design personalized education plans. The role also involves assisting students in setting and achieving academic goals, conducting one-on-one advising sessions, and addressing academic concerns to ensure student success. The advisor will regularly collaborate with faculty and other team members to deliver an exceptional learning experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Student Counseling, Academic Advising, and Education-related guidance
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and support students
- Proficiency in Career Counseling to help students align their skills and goals with career paths
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with educational programs, curriculum planning, and student development strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience in helping students achieve academic success is a plus
