Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Malappuram for an Academic Advisor. The Academic Advisor will work directly with students, providing academic and career counseling, guiding them through educational options, and supporting them in their decision-making. Responsibilities also include assisting students with academic planning, offering educational resources, and ensuring student success by addressing their concerns and aspirations.
Qualifications
- Skills in Student Counseling and Academic Advising to guide students effectively through their academic journey.
- Proficiency in Career Counseling and Education to support students in achieving their career goals.
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff members.
- Ability to build rapport and foster a supportive and motivational environment for students.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Experience in academic advising or a student services role is highly desirable.
