Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Academic Advisor role based in Kochi. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students regarding their academic and career goals. Daily tasks include delivering one-on-one counseling sessions, assisting with course selection, monitoring academic progress, and addressing academic challenges. The advisor will also collaborate with faculty and staff to facilitate student success initiatives and ensure learners achieve their full potential.
Qualifications
- Skills in Student Counseling and Academic Advising to effectively support student needs.
- Strong Communication skills to interact and build relationships with students and parents.
- Proficiency in Career Counseling and Education practices to assist students with future planning.
- Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive environment for students of diverse backgrounds.
- Previous experience in an academic advisory or educational role is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
