Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor based in Jamshedpur. The Academic Advisor will provide guidance to students on academic planning, career counseling, and educational opportunities. Responsibilities include offering one-on-one student counseling, assisting with course and program selection, offering insights into career paths, and supporting students in achieving their educational and career goals through informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Education
- Strong Communication skills to effectively connect with students and their families
- Experience in Academic Advising and creating personalized academic plans
- Ability to provide guidance and support tailored to the student’s individual needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and an approachable demeanor
- Prior experience in an advisory or counseling role in an educational setting is an advantage
- Fluent English
