Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor, located in Raipur. The Academic Advisor will guide and assist students in their academic journey, providing counseling and advice regarding education and career aspirations. Responsibilities include evaluating students’ needs, creating customized academic plans, offering career counseling, and ensuring students meet their educational goals. The role also involves effective communication and working in collaboration with parents and other team members to provide tailored support for students’ academic success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in achieving their academic and professional goals.
- Proficient in Academic Advising with the ability to design and implement tailored academic plans and strategies.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interactions with students, parents, and team members.
- Background in Education or related field to understand teaching and learning processes effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Empathy, patience, and a commitment to supporting student success.
- Prior experience in academic advising, counseling, or educational environments is an advantage.
