Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend Magento platform capabilities.
Optimize Magento performance using caching, indexing, and database tuning techniques.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and accessible web designs.
Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers in Magento best practices.
Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability.
Utilize AI tools to personalize customer experiences and improve conversion rates.
Participate in agile sprints, contributing to planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Stay updated with Magento updates and emerging e-commerce technologies.
Analyze user data to inform strategic decisions and improve site performance.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales teams for project alignment.

About the company
Academian is a carve out of an existing IT services company – Intraedge Inc. We are a service, products and learning development company in the education domain with a current headcount of 280+ team members.
