We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter with 6+ years of expertise in content, digital production, media, publishing, QA, project management, and EdTech hiring. This role requires a strategic approach, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive high-quality talent acquisition for specialized roles in fast-paced industries. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Strategic Talent Acquisition – Manage end-to-end recruitment for Print & Digital Production, QA, Publishing Tech, PMO, Media & Design, Accessibility, Photo Data Entry, and EdTech roles. ✅ EdTech & Digital Hiring Expertise – Source top talent in e-learning, instructional design, learning technologies, curriculum development, and digital education platforms. ✅ Leadership Hiring – Drive mid-to-senior level hiring for managerial and niche roles in publishing, digital, and EdTech industries. ✅ Stakeholder & Business Partnering – Collaborate with CXOs, VPs, Directors, and hiring managers to create scalable, high-impact hiring strategies. ✅ Sourcing & Market Intelligence – Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, GitHub, and passive search techniques to build a strong talent pipeline. ✅ Process Optimization & ATS Management – Streamline hiring workflows, reduce time-to-hire, and implement best practices using ATS and CRM tools. ✅ Team Collaboration & Mentorship – Guide and support junior recruiters, fostering a high-performance recruitment environment. ✅ Negotiation & Offer Management – Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding to ensure high candidate retention. ✅ Industry Trends & Recruitment Analytics – Stay updated on hiring trends, talent market insights, and industry benchmarks to improve hiring effectiveness. Key Skills & Qualifications: 🔹 6+ years of experience in content, media, publishing, digital production, and EdTech recruitment. 🔹 Proven expertise in mid-to-senior level and niche hiring. 🔹 Strong knowledge of Print & Digital Production, QA, Publishing Tech, PMO, Creative roles, and e-learning hiring. 🔹 Proficiency in sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and executive search. 🔹 Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools. 🔹 Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and recruitment analytics. 🔹 Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
