Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AC Technician located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The AC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and refrigeration systems, conducting preventive maintenance, and diagnosing and resolving technical issues. The role requires interaction with clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction with all services provided.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and fix air conditioning and refrigeration issues
- Knowledge of plumbing and electricity to support equipment installation and repairs
- Experience in preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and longevity
- EPA certification or equivalent to handle refrigerants safely and responsibly
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the HVAC and refrigeration field
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with clients
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Technical diploma or certification in HVAC or related field
