Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AC Technician at The Royal Retreat Resort & Spa, located in Udaipur. The AC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems across the resort. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting units, identifying technical issues, replacing or repairing defective components, ensuring system efficiency, and performing routine maintenance checks. The technician will collaborate closely with the maintenance team to ensure a comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing air conditioning systems
- Experience with the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems
- Knowledge of electrical systems and components related to AC units
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good physical condition to perform tasks involving lifting, standing, or working in confined spaces
- A diploma or certification in HVAC systems or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality or resort environments is an advantage
