AC Technician (Engineering Department)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our Engineering team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems across the hotel property to ensure a comfortable environment for our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform routine maintenance and servicing of various AC units (Split, Window, Centralized systems).
· Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and perform necessary repairs.
· Ensure all HVAC systems are operating at peak efficiency to minimize energy consumption.
· Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests regarding temperature control.
· Maintain accurate logs of repairs and parts replaced.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an AC Technician, preferably in the hospitality industry.
· Technical certification or diploma in HVAC/Refrigeration.
· Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of safety protocols.
· Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
