As an AC Process Excellence - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting leaders by managing strategic initiatives and projects within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and represent leadership perspectives in decision-making processes. Your contributions will be vital in promoting consistent execution across sectors and collaborating across lines of service to enhance knowledge sharing and the use of technology tools for sales and delivery.
As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and adaptability, contributing to a fast-paced environment where you will work with diverse clients and team members. You are expected to take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will organize leadership team calls and meetings, oversee research and data analysis, and anticipate future needs of leaders. Your ability to navigate complex situations and embrace ambiguity will be key to your growth and the success of the team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and managing schedules to facilitate smooth operations within the organization
- Supporting leaders by handling key responsibilities and representing their perspectives in meetings
- Organizing leadership team calls and meetings to promote consistent execution across sectors
- Overseeing research and data analysis to inform strategic initiatives and projects
- Collaborating across lines of service to enhance knowledge sharing and promote technology tools
- Tracking, managing, and reporting on strategic initiatives to support operational excellence
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Promoting operational execution and program execution to align with organizational goals
- Engaging in project management support to prevent critical delays and capture risks early
- Applying change management techniques to adapt to evolving business needs
- Skilled in Process Mapping, Business Process Reengineering.
- Proficient with process mapping tools (Visio and Lucid chart).
- Familiarity with process improvement tools and techniques such as Lean and Kaizen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Gen-AI concept adoption (Basic)
- Possess the ability to use multiple sources of information, including broader stakeholders and views to develop solutions and recommendations.
- Create and maintain high-quality standards in all deliverables.
- Preference for a Master of Arts or a Master's of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Economics, Analytics
- Demonstrating proficiency in Change Management and Program Execution
- Utilizing Data Analysis skills to discern patterns and insights
- Excelling in Project Management and Operational Execution
- Adapting to diverse client needs and team dynamics
- Building commercial awareness and understanding business operations
Certification Required: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
